- Support users by explaining system capabilities and solving problems.
- Identify actual and potential software defects.
- Propose changes and improvement activities that make the application more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost.
- Participate in the planning of applications maintenance and enhancement activities.
- Authorized to make commitments that fall within the tasks given by customer / maintenance manager.
- In general, responsibilities are the same as at step B but the assignments typically are larger and more complex
