Education and Qualification:
12TH Class or equivalent qualification form a recognized Board or University,Skill test for recruitment to the post of LDC shall be conducted only on computers. A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.pm. in Hindi on computer (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word) ,that a person not possessing the said qualification in type writing may be appointed subject to the condition that he will not be eligible for drawing increment in the pay scale or for quasi-permanency or for confirmation in the grade till he acquires he prescribed speed in type writing either in English or in Hindi.
