B. SC and One year Diploma in Hygiene and Sanitation from State Health Society or equivalent.

Fee Rs. 40 + Stamp for Hall Ticket/ Admit card Rs. 30/-) for General/ Uttarakhand OBC candidates and Rs. 130/- for SC/ ST/ PWD of Uttarakhand (Exam Fee Rs. 60/- + Postal Dept.Fee Rs. 40 + Stamp for Hall Ticket/ Admit Card Rs. 30/-). Fee will be collected in the post office.
