Job Description:
- Evaluate the impact of training provided.
- Monitor, measure and report performance improvement for trainees.
- Assess training groups and customize the training accordingly.
- Design training courses and programs necessary to meet new/existing training needs.
- Design training delivery necessary to meet new/existing training needs
- Ensure that all training activities and materials used to conduct training meet quality standards.
- Support training sessions
Desired Profile :
- Excellent articulation skills.
- Excellent in quantitative aptitude.
- BE / B.Tech all Branches.
- Up to 3 arrears allowed.
- Outside Kerala college candidates are also eligible.
- Quick learner with go-getter attitude.
- Year of passing : 2011 & 2012.
