How To apply:
Interested doctors may appear for interview, in the office of the undersigned along with application in the prescribed proforma, all original documents, one set of zerox copies of all original documents, two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application) and the requisite application fee. All the candidates should report in the office of Medical Superintendent,ESIC Hospital, Parippally, Kollam at 2.00 pm on the stipulated date. Candidates reporting after 4.00 pm will not be considered for Walk in Interview.
