Job Role:  Associate/ Senior Associate - (Non Technical)

Job Description:

- Identifies process improvement opportunities

- Executes participant issue resolution and ensures proper documentation and follow-up takes place

- Executes manual processing with proper documentation and follow-up

- Manages inbound/outbound data quality checks

- Executes year-end processing

- Identifies potential production defects and submits via defect submission process

- Provides day to day client and third-party administrator contact for participant processing inquires


Desired Profile:

- 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexible to work in 24X5 environments.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office)
