- Claims Follow-up and Management on behalf of the Clients.
- Direct B2B calls are made to US Health Insurance companies to update and resolve the status of outstanding claims on the client software.
- The process is an US Outbound process (Night Shifts 6am-3pm).
Desired Profile:
- Graduates / diploma holders from any discipline can apply.
- B.E/ B.Tech graduates in IT/CSE with less than 65% can apply and engineering graduates from other disciplines with less than 75% as aggregate can apply.
- (MCA, MSCIT,MSC Computer Science will not be eligible)
- 2013 arts & science, engineering graduates,diploma holders with no standing arrears can also apply.
- Candidates with international calling experience for more than 6 months do not have percentage limitations.
