Direct Walk-in Drive For HR & Recruitment Executive at Hinduja Global Solutions On 3rd & 4th May 2013
- Sourcing, Identifying new vendor & driving employee referrals in closing the required numbers with in the TAT.
- Will work to achieve towards a conducive environment for employee satisfaction ensuring discipline and hygiene is maintained at workplace.
- Proactively Connecting with employees to control attrition
- Partner with Recruitment as a New Joiners SPOC in Induction
- Partner with C&B for Performance Management Process Co-ordination (Confirmation, Anniversary, Annual Appraisals), Bank Account formalities, IJP/Transfer Letters of stakeholders.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 0.6 - 1yr Exp in Human Resource Management
- Graduate/ Post Graduate - Human Resource management
- Good Communication Skills
- People Management Skills
- Ready to work in Night Shifts
