Desired Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferable in English language)
- 0 to 4 years of Content Writing experience
- A certificate in copy writing / journalism / professional communication (writing) is preferable but not essential
- Good at written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of the User documentation process. DDLC (documentation Development Life cycle) knowledge
- MS office experience. Proficient in MS Word.
Job Responsibilities:
Write User guides, online help, release notes for software
Coordinate the entire documentation teams work
Plan for documentation improvement on a continuous basis
