Description:
Microland Pool Campus Placement Drive For 2013 Freshers on 15th June 2013
- Maintains and troubleshoots hardware issues for laptop, desktop computers and Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s). Arrange for repair and/or replacement of defective IT assets. Assists in general IT support functions, help desk, software support and network support
- Assists end users with their computing needs by resolving trouble tickets and fulfilling employee requests for application and system support
- Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software problems with desktop and laptop computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), printers, digital scanners, and other network equipment
- Coordinates installation of replacement equipment or pick-up of spare equipment when necessary
- Installs/uninstalls various software and upgrades equipment when necessary
- Maintains inventory of PC equipment with Asset Executive
- Assists in the documentation of network, software, disaster recovery and systems configurations
- Assists in all functions of IT support
Eligibility Criteria:
- 55% throughout 10th/12th & Graduation (i.e. Min. 55% aggregate / average in 10th, 12th and Graduation).
- No Backlogs
- Willing to work in 24*7 environments.
- Willing to sign the service agreement of 6 months.
- Willing to relocate, if required
Interview Process:
Step 1: Communication Round.
Step 2: Technical Test.
Step 3: Face to face interview.
Mandatory documents to be carried for the interview:
- Candidate profile / CV / Resume.
- 02 passport size photographs. - All the mark sheets from 10th onwards, Provisional Degree Certificates/ Degree Certificates (without fail) - One photo ID proof (Driver's license/ voter's id card/ pass port).
Note:
