Description:
- Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone
- Coordinate with the client and the teams
- Monitor the servers
- Obtain client feedback
- Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls
- Forward reboot request to NOC on demand
- Attend all incoming calls to the company
- Library Management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates/Post Graduates with 60% aggregate (B-tech/MCA/Professional Post Graduates not considered)
- 2011 /2012 and 2013 batch candidates (should be available for immediate joining)
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Vibrant and lively nature
