1. Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech in (CSE/ECE/IT) degree from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 60% marks in graduation. Only 2014 Passout batch freshers are eligible.
3. The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
4. The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any MphasiS operating location
5. The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
