Skills:
- Excellent communication & analytical skills Verbal and Written
- Knowledge of ITIL Modules like Incident, Change and Problem Management would be an advantage.
- Must be ready to work in rotational shifts (24x7 shifts applicable)
- Must be ready to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
Desired Profile:
- Candidates should be a graduate in Engineering or non-engineering graduation with Vendor Specific Certifications.
- Certification in Infrastructure related technologies (Networking, Mainframes, Windows, Security, Database, Storage and UNIX) will be an added advantage.
- Prior knowledge/ experience in Infrastructure Support will be an advantage.
- All positions will be based at the new ESM Command Center at SJR location in Bangalore.
Note: Percentage cut off: 55% and above.
