Roles & Responsibility:
- During LMS roll out act as part of implementation process preparing local markets for go live in system and for Shared services administration including loading of content and testing of data
- Create and update classroom and online courses in the Saba system
- Load, test and trouble shoot eLearning content and liaise with content owner to resolve any issues before publishing
- Manage use of and license for global eLearning tool course builder including answering questions on use of the tool
- Create Virtual classroom sessions
- Build curricula and certification programs
- Assign training to groups of people or individuals
- Report on the fill rates for classroom based programs and liaise with course owner to ensure courses delivered with optimum numbers
